Great entry! It definitely created some tension.
Maybe you could add a red glow to the enemy to make it more visible in the distance. The first time, I was a bit surprised by the game-over screen.
A small tutorial about hiding and using the inventory would be a nice addition as well.

No way that's crazy world record!! You should know the timer probably counts load times too so its little inconsistent, sorry!
Holey moley man! Just visited this beautiful game again and managed to break my previous record! Not sure if I can do it any faster, ball is in the air for everybody else!
